A:No, it is a bluetooth receiver, which can not connect your computer or TV as a transmitter.

Q3. Can I Pair two devices with this wireless receiver at the same time such as my phone and my tablet?

A:Yes, pair one device first and disconnect to pair the other device, then pair two devices with this wireless receiver again in the pair history, so the two devices will show connected, but speaker or headphone can only play one devices sound at the same time, please note.

Q4.Why can I not find the receiver in my smart phone bluetooth ?

A: the receiver may need 5-7 seconds to start, please kindly wait. And sometimes for iPhone, it may need more time, you can pair with your android phone first then disconnect, so for iphone it can be found.
