The shared user will receive an E-mail with a QR code.
Scan the QR code to download the LiveHome app.the shared user has to register an account(Be sure to use the same email address as before ).Log in to the account and you’ll see the shared doorbell.
QR code share:
1.open the Livehome App on a new user’s cellphone.
2.From the home page,tap”+”
3.Tap “scan QR code”,then scan the QR code generated before.
4.You will see” share successfed”,then tap “confirm”.
Q:How many users can view the video at the same time?
A:Up to 3 users may view the video feed,but only 1 user can use the direct intercom.Both iOS and Android are compatible.
Q: is 5GHZ WiFi supported?
A:No.only 2.4Ghz Wifi is supported.
Q:why is my WiFi signal poor on my doorbell?
A:Your doorbell maybe too far away from your wireless router or you may have some obstructions in between that reduce signal strength.you might try repositioning your router or getting signal extender/repeater for your wireless router.
