2 Way Alarm :

Default set : Automatically lock/unlock funtion is closed.
below steps could help you open this funtion:
Long Press the Lock button about 5seconds , you will hear “Di”once ,it means this funtion is opened successfully .
Long Press the Lock button about 5seconds , if you hear “Di ,Di ”,it means this funtion is closed .

Below Steps could turn on the independent dual flash funtion .
Long press the key button about 5 Seconds .

Explaination of 5S automatically lock / unlock funtion .
After closing the motorcycle ignition lock , when you leave the motorcycle for 5 meters ,about 5s it will lock automatically ,and the turn signal will flash once to inform you that it has been locked automatically .
when you are within 5 Meter of motorcycle ,then insert the motorcycle key and touch the motorcycle ,the turn signal will flash twice to inform you the it has been unlocked automatically .
The PKE funtion is that it simulates the vehicle owner’s driving process .you need to finish the action that open the ignition lock and close the ignition lock first . because it need to Detect the signal of electric door lock.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
