The speech translate function needs WIFI,please make sure that your phone’s network is connected. When there is poor network, the translator maybe delay or no function.
About Operating System:
For iPhone: only work with iOS 6.0 and above OS.

The supported languages are as follows:

Introduction of the method of use:
(1) The mobile phone connects to the Wifi or mobile network, scans the QR code of the product and downloads the translation application;
(2) Configure the application according to the instructions.
(3) Open the translation; then open Bluetooth and connect the ”Translate” device to the phone; open the application, scan and find the device ”WOOASK”.
(4) There is a menu bar in the app, you can choose the language of more than 28 countries.
(5) After selecting the language translation, press A to start recording on the translation bar. Once the speech is over, release the button and check the translation result of the application for about 1 second. The translator recognizes the speech as text and then translates it into language.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
