1.Function Brief:
1.1Multi-language Translate:
Press “ Chinese Language Input ” button and speak Chinese, once finished and then release the button, it will auto translate the relevant foreign language, like English, France etc.
Press “ Foreign Language Input ” button and speak Foreign language, like Russia, Italy, once finished and then release the button, it will auto translate into Chinese.
Notices: When you use it, please set the language well you want to translate.
1.2Offline Translate:
You can use the offline translate under air port or under ground which there is no internet environment place once you choose the Chinese-English Offline Translate function. Others language offline translating will be came out in the near future.
1.3Picture Translate:
Once you use the picture translating function, and choose well the language(Like Chinese to Japanese or France to Chinese ) you want to translate, and then take a picture to the sign, like dish menu, road sign etc, it will auto recognize the picture charts and translate it into the relevant language.
1.4Spoken Learning:
Choose the daily using spoken English, and play it, you can follow it after the device speaking, and practice & improve your spoken English.(Only Support English and Chinese).
1.5Global Internet:
The “Global Internet” service can provide you many country GPRS internet, you can use your smart phone Alipay or Wechat to pay the money and then use the function. Once you reached the destination country, and active it, it will auto connect the local internet company and let you enjoy the high speed local internet.
Notices: Once you purchased the GPRS internet combo, it only can be activated by yourself when you reached the destination country, once you use the function, it will auto push the SIM card out(if you has input the SIM card in it); if you want to use the SIM card again, please shut down the service that you have purchased in the “My Combo” menu.
1.6Hot Spot Sharing:
Once you open the hot spot function in the setting, you can use the GPRS of the translator to your tablet PC, smart phone, laptop.
Notices: the GPRS of the translator source may be came from the SIM of the translator or the “Global Internet” GPRS.
1.7Manual Translate:
Manual translate is value-added service, before you using it, you need to register one account and then pre-pay the service money, and then choose the language you want to translate, at last, call the manual service online to enjoy the in real time high accurate translating.
1.8SOS Emergency Contact:
Before you using it, you need to set the emergency contact person in the “SOS” menu. If you are lost during traveling, press the SOS button at the back of the translator for 3 seconds, it will auto alert the emergency service.
Notices: before you press the SOS button, you should keep the language translator online.
1.9Voice AI Assistant:
Long Press the “Home” key, you can wake up the voice AI assistant. You can use the function to: check one city weather, open the translator picture translating, open the hot spot of the devices etc.
Notices: Only support Chinese Voice AI.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
