1. Preparations before Adding the Device:

A. Please confirm your Wi-Fi network is DHCP enabled and it is 2.4GHz working band (The device does not support 5GHz band). And please ensure the encryption mode is WPA, WPA2, SSID and there is no special characters in the password.

B. Please confirm your mobile phone is connected to this Wi-Fi and can access the Internet normally.

C. Search “MIPC” in App Store or Google Play, then download and install it on your phone.

D. Power on the device, and it will boot up automatically. Please wait about 1 minute until it sends out a “beep” sound.

Note: The device will not pan or tilt when it boots up. If you can’t hear the device’s beep sound, please long press the reset button for about 15 seconds to force the device to restart.

2. APP Account Registration

Step 1: Open the app and click “sign up” to register.

Step 2: Fill in your username and password according to the prompts, then click “sign up”.

Step 3: Your registration is completed. Please bind the account to your email at the first time, because this is the only way to retrieve the password when you forget it.

Step 4: Fill in your email address and click “Binding”. The system will send an activation email to your email box. After activation, you can use this email address to retrieve the password.

Note: The email address can only be bound once. Please ensure the email address is correct when filling in.

3.Adding the Device

Step 1: Log in to the app and click the “+” button;

Step 2: Select “PTZ Cameras”;

Step 3: Scan the QR code on the device’s sticker, or fill it in manually.

Step 4: Confirm the device’s password (the default is “admin”), then please click “Add”.

Step 5: Select Wi-Fi mode.

Step 6: Ensure you hear a voice prompt after the device boots up, then click “The prompt tone had been heard”.

Step 7: Lightly press the reset button once, and the device will send a prompt tone for configuration. After that, click “Already heard the voice hint”.

Step 8: Select your Wi-Fi and input the correct password, then click “Next”.

Step 9: Place your mobile phone close to the device, and it will start configuration automatically. Please wait until the device continuously sends out two voice prompts (Connecting the router successfully, and connecting the server successfully).

Step 10: Now the device is added to your phone. Please set the device password, and click “Apply”.

Step 11: Set the device nickname and click “Apply”.

Step 12: Set the device’s time zone, and click “Apply”.

Step 13: Now you can start live preview.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of . (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
