How to choose ON/OFF/AUTO Mode for this Motion Sensor Light?
Mode 1 (Always On): Long press the switch about 2 seconds to turn on the light and it enters into Always On Mode.
Mode 2 (Motion & Light Sensor): After turning on the light, short press the switch, green indicator flash for 1 second, it enters into Motion & Light Sensor Mode.
Mode 3 (Only Motion Sensor): Short press the switch twice, red indicator flash for 1 second, it enters into Only Motion Sensor Mode.
Short press the switch repeatedly, Mode 2 and Mode 3 will be chosen repeatedly.
Mode 4 (OFF): Long press the switch about 2 seconds to turn off the light.

When installing the closet lighting, please put the sensor ball in position just face to the direction you walk toward to, so that it can fully detect the motion.
Under Motion & Light Sensor Mode, please don’t put 2 motion sensor closet light too close and don’t use them at the same time, due to they will influence light’s motion sensitivity reciprocally and will make both lights can’t work well.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
