Function Features:

MD-AHD-1CH HD Video Recorder, with the AHD(Analog High Definition) technology, aims to be the smallest in size, but the highest in video resolution among the Mini DVRs in the market. It supports AHD1.0(720P, 960P) cameras, and also compatible with traditional analog cameras. With AHD type camera, it records 1280*720p HD videos, while with normal CVBS cameras, it records at 960H(960*576) videos, and with playback option in system, which makes it outstanding from the similar DVRs in the market.

What’s AHD?

AHD technology is able to transfer the stable HD AV signal based on the analog cable with a max distance of 500M, it uses the advanced Y/C signal separation and Analog filtering, which can effectively decrease the color noise in high frequency region, with a better image reduction. Compared to traditional analog HD recorders, AHD recorders image has a qualitative leap and upgrade, and its maximum resolution can be equaled to Network HD 720P full HD grade.

1)Q:When the DVR is connected to power, but it has no video output, and the REC red LED is ON.

A:Please check the connection to monitor, see if it is wrong connection or cable problem.

2)Q: How to make the memory to gain enough recording as long as possible?

A:you can lower set the frame, resolution, and the bitrate.

3)Q:There is DVR OSD image on the monitor, but no image of camera input image?

A:Please check the PAL/NTSC video system first, and the DVR unit only support 960P/720P AHD1.0 cameras.

4)Q:It can not record even when micro sd card is inserted?

A:Please check if the REC mode is correct and format the memory card in the menu too.

5)Q:It can not recognize the USB external hard drive?

A:check if the USB cable is too long or too poor-quality, and if cable is fine, then please format the disk in the menu.

6)Q: It doesn’t record again after a while?

A:Check if the micro sd card is broken or bad-quality, and check if you remove the card even when the unit is recording?

If so, please format the SD card again and re-start the unit.

7)Q: It starts recording automatically even there is no movement in front of camera under Motion Detection Mode?

A: Check if there is any other interfere, and if there is no, please set the detect sensibility lower.

8)Q:How long can a 32GB card record?

A:It is decided by the frame, image quality, and even the movement in front of the camera. The still image video recording

will record more time than a moving image in front of camera.

9)Q:The time has any battery inside to protect and maintain? How long can it work?

A:Yes, there is an internal battery to keep the clock working, and it can last for 2 months if there is no power-supply.

10)Q:Why is there too much noise from the external audio input?

A:First you can set the volume in a reasonable range, and then you should check if the external audio input device has

any interfere, you can use shielding cable to check that.

11)Q:Which media player is recommended to playback the footage? Why the playback is abnormal?

A:the file saved in SD card is .avi format, and video compression is H.264.

1. the system has its own playback software, and it has continuous play, fast-forward, and search file functions,

2. you can also use the universal media players, like VCL, Storm media, and media player of Win7-10.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
