2. Slide the black button marked CLEAR down
3. Slide the silver button marked OPEN down
4. Now you can open the cover and remove it to set your own code

To Set Your Own Code:
Please chose your code (minimum 3numbers)
Remove the white cover (#14) by removing the single centre screw
You will see ten small black screws with small arrows facing upwards
With the small key provided turn the arrows on the screws from facing upwards to facing downward, for example, if your code is 1 2 3 4 , the arrows should be facing downward, all other arrows should face upward.
Slide the black button marked CLEAR down
Replace the white cover
Please note always use the CLEAR button after trying to open the key keeper

To Check the Code:

Type the code in (you can key in your code in any order)
Slide the silver button marked CLEAR down
Now you can open the cover and add your keys

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
