A. HBQ-Q32 can’t connect two phones at the same time, and doesn’t support one.

Q.Is my HBQ-Q32 waterproof?
A.The headset can be IPX5 waterproof and the charging box is not waterproof.

Q. Can I adjust the volume with HBQ-Q32 ?
A. The headset itself cannot adjust the volume and needs to be adjusted by the phone.

Q. 10 meters away from the phone, I can also control music through HBQ-Q32. Call and other functions?
A.Yes, HBQ-Q32 can be connected up to 10 meters in a barrier-free environment.

Q. How do I see how much Battery my HBQ-Q32 are?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation
