3.the chime is not user serviceable,there is a danger of electric shock if opened.

5.do not mount it close to a fireplace or expose to high temperature.
6.never use any cleaning chemicals or wet cloth to clean the unit. only use a dry, clean and soft cloth/micro fiber cloth.

Melody Selection
This Chime provides a choice of 52 different melodies. When the it is plugged in, press the select button forwards to play previous music and backwards to play next music until you hear a chime you like.
Sound Volume Selection
Press the volume control repeatedly until the desired volume is acheved-4 levels are available as a circle, lowest level is mute.
Pairing with your Wi-Fi video doorbell
Press and hold Volime button for 4 seconds until the LED indicator lights up, Wi-Fi enters into pairing atatus. Then press the button on the Wi-Fi video doorbell within 5 seconds, pairing is completed once LED indicator on the Chime is rapid bliking. When above procedure is finished, pairing is quit automatically.

1.Two or above Wi-Fi video doorbells Choosing the Same Music or Same
Chime: Long press Volume button for seconds to enter pairing status.Press the first Wi-Fi video doorbell within 5seconds to get connection,once LED indicator on Chime is rapid blinking, pairing is completed.Repeat this operation to get each required Wi-Fi video doorbell connected with same music or same chime unit. When above procedure is finished, pairing quits qutomatically.
2.Two or above Wi-Fi video doorbells Pairing with Different Music:
Long press 4 seconds on Volume button to enter pairing status, choose one favorite melody, then press the first Wi-Fi video dooebell to pair. Press music button to change melody and pair with different Wi-Fi video doorbell one by one. When above procedure is finished, pairing is quit automatically.
3.Two or above Chimes Pairing with Same Wi-Fi video doorbell:
Long press Volume button on first Chime for 4 seconds to enter pairing status,press the Wi-Fi video doorbell within 5 seconds to get connection. Repeat above operation to pair Wi-Fi video doorbell with required Chime one by one.
4.All Pairing Memory Clearance:
Press and hold Volume button until plug into household socket for 10 seconds to erase all pairing memory, when Plug-in Chime LED indicator bliking that means setting successfully, program return to default.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
