If no video or video is stuck in black and white, please make sure that the video output of the signal, the TV system( NTSC/PAL) between the PTZ and the controlled equipment to be consistent, if not, please adjust accordingly.
If you use xmeye DVR with this camera, when you need twice call shortcut commend,you must first click “+”, then twice call shortcut commend.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
